Nighttime Oral Care

Keeping your teeth strong, your gums healthy, and your smile bright is not just a day job; your mouth needs protection at night too. Nighttime oral hygiene is important because while we are sleeping, the bacteria in our mouths increase as they are left relatively undisturbed. The goal is not to leave anything that the bacteria can break down or feed off.
